"Disappointing first purchase; they dropped the ball."
I made a purchase through their site. They sent me the wrong product or something of lesser quality than what I ordered. I reached out to them, and they pointed fingers at the supplier (according to the sale of goods act, my deal is with them). Now they’re taking their sweet time to process my refund, if I even get one! What more can I say? Never again! As evident in their response, they keep blaming the tech and everything else. But they can’t seem to take a moment to log into PayPal and sort out the refund. It’s like they’re trying to upset the customer as much as they can. Just mind-boggling, truly mind-boggling!!!

Dealing with a bunch of these online wholesalers can be a real pain, but that ain't the case here. The products were genuinely available. One item showed up damaged, but they got back to my email in no time and sent a replacement right away. Top-notch customer service and quick shipping.
